Before You Contact Support

Please include your MacOS version, Meeting Alerter version, calendar source, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Screenshots are helpful, but please hide private meeting titles, attendee names, and links before sending them.

Calendar Access

If Apple Calendar events are missing, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars and make sure Meeting Alerter has Full Access. Then reopen Meeting Alerter or use Refresh from the menu.

Meeting Alerter reads calendar events only. It does not create, edit, or delete events.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is part of the Pro upgrade. If Google events do not appear, confirm that the account is connected in Meeting Alerter Settings, that the relevant calendars are enabled, and that your Mac has network access.

You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by removing the account in Meeting Alerter.

Meeting Links

Meeting Alerter looks for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex links inside your calendar events. If the Join action is missing, check that the original event contains a valid meeting link in the location, notes, or conferencing fields.

Pro Purchases

The Pro upgrade is purchased through the Mac App Store. If Pro features are not unlocked after purchase, open Meeting Alerter Settings and use the restore purchase option. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple.

Privacy

The Meeting Alerter app does not collect analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or advertising data. Calendar data stays on your Mac or travels directly between your Mac and your authorized calendar provider. Read the full Privacy Policy.
